[PCWorks] DropBox, MPG files, IE and Firefox

I have a 100mb MPG file on Dropbox. When I try the link in IE8 it won't
display; when I try it in Firefox, it lets me download it with no
problem.
Why the discrepancy - other than "firefox is better," or "IE sucks?"
