Good Morning!

I'm moving the track workout to Tuesday from now on due to conflicts with my 
wife's schedule.  If lots of people have problems with Tues. we could do 
Thursday instead.  Let me know.

This weeks workout at the Park City High School track will be a timed 5K.  Try 
to run a stead pace however fast you want - somewhere between 5K and 10mi race 
pace.

6:00pm - Warmup on your own
6:20pm - 6x100 striders
 Group A: 5K (sub 7min/mi pace)
 Group B: 4K (7:00 - 8:30/mi)
 Group C: 3K (8:30/mi +)
 4x100 striders
Cooldown
