Hello PC Team -
During the kick-off meeting last week we discussed dates of training camps in
St George. Below are the dates if you want to join for any / all portion.
These weekend are purely self directed as far as distance / pacing / route, etc.
Itinerary will look something like this:
Thursday PM - ride
Friday AM - swim
Friday - ride (post swim)
Saturday AM - swim
Saturday PM - run (long)
Sunday AM - long ride
Feb 22 - 26
March 15-18
