-=PCTechTalk=- windows fax installer

All of a sudden, when I reboot my computer, I get a window 
popping up saying it is going to install the windows fax - 
(windows fax installer). I hit cancel, and it stops, then 
starts up again. I hit cancel again and it stops. The first 
time it happened earlier today, it then popped up and said 
it couldn't install because something was missing. I was 
glad - I am on cable - have no desire to have anything to do 
with a fax on here, and have never had this before.

Does anyone have a clue why this is doing this? and how do I 
stop it? It's a real pain.
