Hi all,
I am on a dial up and when I connect to my ISP I almost always have to ping
the server a bunch of times before the connection becomes viable. Someone I
was talking to about the other day called it training. Can somone enlighten
me on whats going on and how, if possible, can I remedy the situation.
I am on a Win 2kPro system.
