There are several programs that will save a web page as a PDF document. Primo PDF and PDF Creator come to mind. They install themselves as a Printer. When on a web page that you want to save to PDF, select Print as though you are going to print it out, and when the print window comes up, change your "Printer" from your physical printer to Primo PDF or PDF Creator, etc. You will then get a window asking where to save the document, and you can also change the name of the document you are saving.
