On the basis of providing updates pertaining to cyber viruses the homeland
security folks have formed an organization called US-Cert. www.us-cert.gov
My question: Considering that at least some control is desired by agencies
such as the homeland people over us, is it possible and under what
circumstances would it be possible for these agencies to actually themselves
use a method to accompany their e-mails to us and take over or monitor our
systems without our knowledge?
Please give this some thought.
