In my email I said I knew I had done this before and it was Picasa which
worked so thanks! Here is the thing, the wallet sized pic, after scanning
and using Picasa it worked great, filled the entire 8x10. But the 4x6, the
best I can get is with it leaving about 3/4 of an inch borders on each side.
I can get it to fill with no borders but it cuts the top of my cousins head
off just alittle, I tried all the options in picasa.......any idea?
