Thank you VERY much.  I just called the tel.# you gave me & ordered the 
disks(total cost including shipping & handling is only $23.05); the lady I 
spoke w/told me that if I'd called later than 2 more weeks, I wouldn't have 
been able to get them for any price! Whewww...I appreciate your help!  :~)

If I remember correctly, with Compaq you have to call them and they send you 
what they claim is a customer specific restore disk. I had to do it for one of 
my customers. I can't remember if it was Compaq, but I'm about 95% sure it was 
them.
