I have problems all the time with the newest version of their online scan.. 
win XP SP2...
besides which when it DOES work it won't do anything with spyware. you have 
to buy their product.  Unless you want to go search it out yourself and try 
to dump it..

hmmmmm -
this one is doing the same thing.
I am betting they are having some sort of problem with their site.
odd - I've never, ever had a probem with them!
