We have an attic but it's full of insulation so nothign would survive up there expecially in the summer with 130+ degrees temp. ----- Original Message ----- From: "cris" <cris@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, March 22, 2004 11:04 AM Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Re: off topic question my house is only about 11 years old - maybe 12. hmmmmm - my husband finished part of the basement. Before he did that, the cement floor was cracked. It's possible something could get up thru the cracks and in between that floor - from outside. We have a pipe outside that isn't closed off - that was built there in case there was ever radon in the house and it needed to be vented. I should get some sort of lid - with small holes in it, to cover that pipe perhaps. it is above ground level though - we are brick to grade - cement block foundation. really will take sherlock holmes I'm afraid... Any ideas of how to get rid of whatever it is?
