Hi Ted, This is for 0e 5 but it should be the same for 6 the
{60C1DB40-3D7D-11D3-9948-E8F007254B26} can be anything. I had
two or three OEs in there so I had to be sure I had the right
one, It may take a few load and close before it works
           OE 5 title bar
Start Regedit and go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \
Identities\{60C1DB40-3D7D-11D3-9948-E8F007254B26}\Software\Outlo
ok Express\ 5.0
Create a New String Value and name it " WindowTitle"
Hit Enter on your keyboard and then double click on the New
String and give it a value of what ever you want the new title
to be.
Sincerely Yours.
