Yes, I would unplug them and leave them unplugged for about three minutes or five minutes and that should reset it at your ISP. I've had to do this before many times I do not know about your type of router mine is a Motorola but I do know that the light should show PC activity on your modem and a green light on your router where it shows your modem connection.
