 Hi  All.   Now  and  then  I  get this  message --------  The IPHLPAPI.DLL
File cannot  start. Check the File to determine  the  problem  -------- 
Computer  is  operating  OK.  How  do I check the  file .      I asked this 
question before , if I got  an answer ,  I missed  it .   Thank you .
