Judith, Just in case, I thought I'd mention that inks are sold by weight. Although they may be housed within the same exact size containers or wells (as dictated by the printers they have to fit), you may have bought some that doesn't have much actual ink in each well. Check the amount of ink that comes in each well against the higher priced ones to know for sure.
