In Win7 you can use the free "XP Mode". Its really Microsofts' Virtual PC software with a ready built Virtual Machine that you download. You can get it here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/download.aspx Ed -----Original Message----- From: pctechtalk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:pctechtalk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Sandi Beach Sent: Wednesday, August 18, 2010 12:24 PM To: pctechtalk Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- XP Emulator Have any of you heard of this? It was mentioned on another list I belong to (CAC Friends) and it was said to be an app that would run within Windows 7 and allow the use of older programs like CreataCard greeting card. The user said it worked just fine. When I visited the sites brought up by Google it appeared this might be kind of like sandboxie. One user said it would be better to do a dual boot of Windows 7 and XP. Anyone know?
