It really is there in the midst of all my jabbering. (next to the last 
paragraph)
I moved over my .WAB Windows address book to my Vista machine.
One thing I did notice... is... in OE, when you write to someone you have 
written to before, as  you start to type their name in the TO or CC or BCC 
line, it finished the address for you.... It did not do that for me....

UNTIL..............
THE SECOND TIME I SENT THAT ADDY AN EMAIL.

So, it basically works the same way it did in OE... because you had to type 
it once in OE to make it work that way.
