Open WinMX and look in the upper left corner. Is there a message that says there is a new version 3.3? If so, download it. Close WinMX and install the new version. It should work fine. For what it's worth, I hadn't run WinMX for a few weeks. I couldn't connect this morning, same as you. I downloaded WinMX V3.3 and it works fine again. They probably changed their server connect strings or something.
