oh! this sounds so familiar - one of those viruses - in the instructions, it 
told you that you had to do that - disable system restore and run a tool or 
something then restore it again.....I didn't have the virus, but a friend did, 
and I downloaded the instructions for her -

Those files look like System Restore files. Disable system
restore and run the scan again.

NAV reports that I have an infected file it cannot delete, located in:
File: A0001040.CPY located in
C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-789336058-1708537768-839522115-1003\Dc70.CAB
-and also-
File: A0001042.CPY located in
C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-789336058-1708537768-839522115-1003\Dc70.CAB
