I am sorry to say I have no idea where they hide the files at all.Al I have
ever done, is copy my emails to a folder, and then change folders in OE to
that new location, so I get to keep all my old emails.

Hi Trev,
I couldn't get any further with the network prob, so I'm appraoching it from
another angle.
To begin the process, I'm copying from EVERYTHING to do with OE 6 and IE 6
from win me to win xp pro.
I'm trying to copy across things like message rules, address book, e-mails
and their folders, accounts, signatures and all of the favourites on IE.
But I'm getting a bit lost, on both os's, the files are in different places,
for example on win me, the e-mails are in Windows/identities/load of
numbers/microsoft/outlook express but I try to find that in xp pro and no
joy. Any ideas on where they hide all of these files ?
