Aaaahhh, now the terminology of the RESTRICTED is much clearer....I
think...........
ie Restricted does not keep u from the site...............but stops that
particular site from fiddling with the bits on our PC's???? Not exactly a
technical way of putting it , but now I understand.....I
hope.......maybe..............do I get a pass on the theory??
