LOLOL...probably no one even paid attention to how it was addressed. If it
LOOKS like its supposed and who is going to notice the difference between
and f and t.. each one could be the other. We sent a check thru more than
once that didn't get signed and it went thru..now WHO's fault is THAT?...

I am only guessing...but I think the

Infernal Revenue Service will have this on their site. OOPS! That is
INTERNAL not INFERNAL Revenue Service. haha!
(I had a friend that use to write her checks to the Infernal Revenue
Service....they were cashed... their either knew who they were..or...it was
the Call me anything, just give me money thing!

Also, each state web site "should" have their own Dept of Taxation or
Revenue that can give you that info.
Since I live in Nevada and I do not have to pay State Income Taxes and my
memories are from NYC when I did have to pay taxes and who I contacted to
get this info 30 yrs ago!

Have a happy.

We have a CPA who figures this for us but wonder if a google search, like \
government tax computation, would bring up what you need.
