got it! thanks!
so - if I was to put sigMan on - I'd need to track down that file somewhere.
That is interesting that it doesn't put it on....

Its an ActiveX control. You only need it if you're running applications or
programs that use it. In my case, I was trying to run SigMan (which Keyboard
Cowboy introduced us to for auto-changing the email signature). Sigman requires
this file plus a few others. I honestly thought SigMan would have installed
them. I ran SigMan at work with no problem. So, when I get into work I'll check
to see if it was already there or if SigMan put it in there.
In general, if a program uses it, they should usually put the files in and
register them automatically for you. That's why most people didn't have it. I
just thought it was a set of other more important files... in other words, I
though my system was compromised somehow. With 4 servers running 24/7 on my
second computer, which is networked to my main computer that I'm using now,
that possibility is always on my mind.

| No... its not a *MUST HAVE* or *SHOULD HAVE*. But, that's where my problem
was, cause I thought it WAS a must-have or should-have.
