Hi Billy,
A couple of the files must be in there for Windows to run;
Explorer
Systray

Some of the others are;
Incd ~ I think this is a CD burning program
America Online ~ a web browser and email program AOL
3cmlnkw ~ modem software
~~~~~~~~
I hope that helps
Mike ~ It is a good day if I learned something new.
