It's a Flash Movie but I actually used a program called WINK which is =
free.
Was going to try Camtasia Studios but that's a little cost prohibitive =
when
you are doing free tutorials.

apps here at work to put on our helpdek site for folks to check out
(Spywareblaster and Spybot being two of them). You used Flash to make
those? I'll have to give it a try. Did you run into any major =

Click on Navigation and then Tutorials Section and then click on Spybot =
S&D
Click on either Install or Using. (Doing this will let you see it in =
context
of the website) If you are using IE and need more screen room hit the =
'F11'
key.
