Not working...I still get a blank black screen..prtscrn/alt no matter how I 
press them.  I am wondering if the installing of SP2 might have done 
something..I haven't used this feature in a while.  I hate like heck to have 
uninstall it AGAIN to see.  ECJK.....it's only the image of what real player 
is playing that isn't copying.  It was copying  as a still.  I also tried 
Windows media since that is the other option offered. same problem....

I'm assuming the real player screen is not filling the entire screen.  In 
this case, you need to press Alt+PrintScreen.  This will only copy it to the 
clipboard, so you then need to paste it into a graphics program, then print 
from there.
