Don, I've been doing a lot of research on a repeatable Stop error (BSOD) that involves the nv4_disp.dll file (one of nvidia's graphics driver support files). While checking out how the RAM might be involved, I came across the following forum post and immediately thought of your question here about power supplies. Have a look. http://www.ocztechnologyforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8604 Peace, Gman "The only dumb questions are the ones we fail to ask" ----- Original Message ----- From: "Don" <dsw32952@xxxxxxxxx> To: <pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, January 31, 2009 12:41 PM Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- SATA power connectors >I have two SATA hard drives in my old Dellfromhell computer. > I have no more available SATA power connectors available in my new HP. > They are used by the Hard drive and DVD drive.
