The restore disk usually comes with a pre-built
system.
From Dell, Gateway, HP, Compaq, plus quite a few
others not commonly talked about.

This Restore Disk Contains the setup files for
windows.
Drivers for your computer.
When you do restore you reset your computer back to
the first day that you got it.

So anything you have installed since is wiped off.
