Bugbear apparently corrupted some files in Internet Explorer.
If you should encounter this problem, when IE bring up the page, go to
about, cipher code -- should say 128 bit. If it says 0 bit, encription will
cause dns error due to correupted file, and can't correct itself.
He was using IE 6.0; reloaded 5.5 -- the error still occurred, but offered a
link to fix the problem. Fix did not work.
Proceeded to remove all files related to 6.0 and then downloaded and
installed 6.0 again.
Everything works fine.

However, when he goes into any web site that requires a password, he is
getting strange error messages. BTW, he does not use any password programs
(autocomplete); he keys in every id and password each time he logs on.
