some programs will have the option on them somewhere to uncheck start on start 
up also. Did you look in the program itself? I'm not familiar with it. 
I also use a program - Start up monitor - if you're hestitant to mess in the 
registry -

You can probably find an entry for it under START > RUN > msconfig 
[ENTER] > then the startup tab, and see if its listed there somewhere. Just 
uncheck it. When restarting, you'll get a notice saying you modified the 
startup. Place a checkmark in the box so it doesn't tell you anymore.
