Lois,
    That all depends on the apps that are running on those other acocunts as 
well as how much system resources are available to the overall system.  If 
it's a monster system with tons of RAM, a really fast CPU, a great 
performance chipset, etc. and the apps are not too computationally intensive 
(i.e. 3D modeling, video encoding, etc.), then you should never even notice 
even a slight difference.  On the other hand, I wouldn't try it with a $400 
system from BestBuys.
