Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Puter won't boot

   Anyone know why a puter won't boot even to the BIOS??? Could it be a =
MB
problem??? The person brought it over to me and said they were just on =
the
Internet reading all of their email, as they've done many time sin the =
past,
and they wanted me to get rid of some spyware they thought they had on =
it. I
can't get it to boot at all. I don't even hear the HDD wind up. I did =
try a
good working HDD and it still doesn't do anything. I do see a power =
light
come on, and then a few clicking noises, but after that, it goes silent =
and
doesn=92t do anything. I even let it sit that way for over 24 hours and =
it
didn=92t change. Any ideas????

Rick
