In PC Cillin 2000 you open the program window by double clicking on the icon
in your system tray, click on Main. Then choose Options from the to menu
bar, then Mail Scan, then uncheck Splash about mid way down the screen.
Then close then window again with the X in the upper right hand corner.
I remember how annoying that pop up was for me too. I'm so glad they
provided a way to get rid of it.
