Don, I'm going to the recommended site to look up the finest in Outlook
Express information
and utilities and I hope they have something about this paperclip thing
because it's on all of my emails except this list and Langalist. It started
when OE 6.0 came out and I thought I'd figured it out. I thought maybe it
was treating ANY html as an attachment, but apparently that's not it, so I
hope tomsterdam.com can explain it. ~Glo

First off, the symbol is a paperclip. And it should NOT appear on every
message, unless every message has an attachment. Embedded or inserted
pictures are not attachments so the symbol should not exist for them.

Now for another reminder... for the finest in Outlook Express information
and utilities... including backup, import and export of settings, mail and
folders, please visit http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com
