When things are "grayed out" it is not a good thing. What version of Norton do you have? I have 2003 and it grabs things all on it's own and does away with them. -----Original Message----- From: Judith <jtb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Jan 28, 2004 12:10 PM To: pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Norton and Virus How do I configure Norton to automatically quarantine this new virus. When I go into the antivirus part of Norton System works -- I do not see where this is done. When I right click on the N in taskbar, the configure portion is grayed out. I have my email checked as it comes in and it seems every second email has the virus and I must manually click to have it repaired, then quarantined then finish. This takes time and is very annoying.
