Thanks Pam, I did that 3 times still did not change anything. I can hear the person trying to reach me but I cannot communicate with them. Before sending this back to the group I uninstalled & reinstalled again...still nothing. I'm up for anything else you might be able to suggest. My "old" version was only a month or so old so I doubt it was outdated but it is now back up and running. Perhaps it will work for you too.
