Thanks, yea I do know about OE I sent him a "How To" video and apprently he is 
not using OE.  My problem here is he is using WebTV with a MSN email account . 
. . no I can't talk him into a real computer even offered to build one and give 
it to him.  He is in TN, an old shipmate, I am assuming he is using some kind 
of internet mail account, I don't know and he doesn't either.

I don't know if it'll help in MSN, but in OE you open up a new message and 
in the resulting window, go to View > All Headers to make the option appear.
