Have you run adaware or anything like that?
Gator and backweb are old programs, and any scamware/spyware removal apps
surely would remove any traces left.
Glad to hear that you figured it out yourself. It can be very frustrating,
but fulfilling when you accomplish your mission. Congratulations!

walah..all is goo d now with that.
