I have to admit that sounds like something a company would do and then be 
surprised when anyone noticed.  It's funny....but not if you're the person 
trying to use a computer.  I know most people don't bother to read the 
EULA, but I wade through them all any more.  And I have found a few that 
made me say NO to the software.  Most are pretty similar, but from time to 
time you run across those nifty little hidden clauses that cover all sorts 
of things you wouldn't expect or agree to.  I've never run across one that 
asked you to agree to it BEFORE you were allowed to read it though....lol
