Somewhere between Larry's email client and my email client the links he
posts always get broken.  Apparently the same has happened to you.  You must
cut and paste the pieces into your browser address box in order to get the
link to function.  Note:  You may need to cut and paste one broken piece at
a time until all pieces are in the address bar.  Be sure to check for errors
such as spaces and incorrect characters that may have gotten copied during
the process.
