It is basically a program that works like your regular e-mail program
but also allows you to access your hotmail account from within it
without having to go to the site. It is downloaded to your computer
like you do now with POP. The main difference is if you delete/move
something from within Windows Live Mail it will also have be
deleted/moved from within hotmail.
