She needs to do more than just change her password. She needs to do a deep and
very thourough scan of her computer, tablet, smart phone and other devices she
uses to make sure whatever got her password has been completely removed.

It's pretty obviously a nasty one, not just spam but contains links to
malware according to the header I got from gmail.com which says:
*Be careful with this message.* It contains links to websites hosting
malware.
​Best to delete and then let Rose know if she doesn't already.​ Needs to
change her password at the least.
