"Diagnose and Repair" is at least close. I went there and trieds it during the hard tiomes and it didn't help. Probably because nothing was broken. Somewhere in Vista a switch got set to restrict the computer to "Local Only" on the network. I could not find the switch to change it and neither could the wonderful and exceptionally knowledgeable East Asian technician at HP's tech support. AH HAH! Now I get it. RTFM is totally different from plain FM. Just ask David Copperfield.
