"Diagnose and Repair" is at least close.  I went there and trieds it 
during the hard tiomes and it didn't help.  Probably because nothing 
was broken.  Somewhere in Vista a switch got set to restrict the 
computer to "Local Only" on the network.  I could not find the switch 
to change it and neither could the wonderful and exceptionally 
knowledgeable East Asian technician at HP's tech support.


AH HAH!  Now I get it.  RTFM is totally different from plain FM.  Just 
ask David Copperfield.
