Power cord is all the way in and the device has power. When I press the
eject button it spits out the disc I had in it and didnt know about, but it
says drive is not accessible incorrect function. Whatever that means.

Tim,
Any chance the power cord/transformer is not connected or no longer
working? I can imagine the device getting just enough power through USB to
tease you like this.
