Hello , I am new here & haven't been brave enough to post a Q yet... but I recently had this problem after I had to do a complete uninstall & reinstall ,so I had to reload the drivers for a USB port I added a while back, so I would check to see if all additions that may be USB connected have there drivers installed ... hope this helps....
