That's probably cause the Business Card extension is associated with your
Palm on your system.
Just create it manually like I showed you below. Go to your address book and
add a new entry.

For the first name, enter "!Alert" without the quotes.

For the last name, enter "Me" without the quotes.

For the email address, enter:
scan_with_ccsp@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

In the email address, make sure you understand that it is not SPACES, but an
UNDERSCORE (_, located between the 0 and the = keys on your keyboard).

This works with Outlook Express. Not sure how to do it if you want to add
it
in any other address book, but in a sec I'll show you a catch-all for ANY
  address book.
Right-click on that link, and do SAVE TARGET AS... , then save it to
  desktop.

Then, open your Address Book (the one that comes with Windows and Outlook
Express. You can open it by going in Outlook Express and doing TOOLS >
ADDRESS BOOK. Once opened, in the address book, go to FILE > IMPORT >
Business Card (vCard). Then point to the .vcf file you just downloaded
(which should be called "!Alert Me.vcf" ... without the quotes.

You should now see it in there and hit OK.

The catch all for any other address book... just make a new address book
entry. For the first name, enter "!Alert" without the quotes.

For the last name, enter "Me" without the quotes.

  For the email address, enter:
  scan_with_ccsp@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

In the email address, make sure you understand that it is not SPACES, but
an
UNDERSCORE (_, located between the 0 and the = keys on your keyboard).

  Hope this helps.
