Be aware that even at Wal-mart the cheap cruddy accesories for the IPod and
Zune are expensive. And the decent quality stuff will quickly add up to the
price of a new IPod or even more.

If all you need is an easy to hold and use player with a good sized screen
for easy viewing and the capability to play lots of music and maybe some
videos, you won't do better than the 2, 4 or 8 GB Philips
(http://tinyurl.com/5tdb42).
The first row of devices are the smaller sized products, scroll down a bit
to the larger ones.

Any MP3 player can be "docked" with any audio device that has an aux audio
input with a 3.5mm jack. Including many Ipod docking stations.
