When the tutorials on moving things get finished I will be installing Outlook 2007 on two boots on two machines. XP and Vista on the laptop and XP and Vista on the desktop. My plan is to get one XP installation set up with accounts, addresses, folders, rules, etc and then use the Files and Settings transfer wizard to copy it all to the other XP installation. I will then use Windows Easy Transfer to to copy from an XP install to the Vista installs. All email will be in IMAP accounts. Hopefully, by the time I really need it, I can find a decent synchronization tool to make it easy to keep everything but the email messages current and the IMAP process should take care of that for me. Anybody know an easier way to do this or know of an easy to use sync tool?
