I have been using MS Paint for picture editing and conversion from BMP to
JPEG formats. Today I noticed that the program has lost the ability to save
in any format other than BMP (3 varieties) and GIF. It no longer gives the
option to save in TIFF, JPEG and whatever else it used to be able
previously.
Removing MS Paint and re-installing it did not help. Trying to restore an
old Registry also failed.
I use Windows 98 (Not SE).
