-=PCTechTalk=- Gman, anyone - font question yet again

When NOD32 updates you get a message telling of the updates, the message is 
very washed out and practically unreadable. And text in some email, not 
regular email like this but graphics with text like from TigerDirect is also 
washed out but not as bad. Where in display would I look into fixing this?
